Our restaurant with fireside – Fine regional cuisine

In the restaurant of our Burghotel Blomberg with open fireside, ancient walls of quarrystone and romantic meter thick alcoves bedecked with ornate original canvas of old masters and portraits of late noblemen, you can enjoy an ambience of unique hospitability.

During the summer, you can indulge in the peace and views of our castle terraces offering wonderful views on the County of Lippe.

Our chef de cuisine, Mr Müller and his team do rely on fresh ingredients to prepare regional plates, delicacies of the year’s seasons and well-balanced high level cuisine also complying with your individual requests.

We will account for dietetic plates and special requests at any time and serve our fresh cakes and pastries prepared by our baker on a daily basis.

A menu changing on a regular basis and selected wines do complete our offer. Our sommelier will be pleased to provide advice in any matter related to wine.

Our restaurant is open every day from 12:00 to 2:30 PM and from 6:00 to 10:00 PM.

Fresh bio-products, our own kitchen’s fine creations of dessert and viands from our region as well as wines and champagne from all over the world will entice you to savour them.
